Accounting Controller at Vizrt

Agigo is looking for an Accountant Controller with focus on controlling, tax and accounting to Vizrt in Stockholm. Vizrt is a global software company providing solutions for media production and visual storytelling. Their technology is used by leading media companies, sports organizations and businesses worldwide.

In this role, you will have a broad responsibility for several Swedish entities and work with accounting, reporting, tax, payroll and cash flow management. You will be part of the finance team in Sweden and collaborate with colleagues internationally. About the role

As an Accountant Controller – Controlling & Tax, you will be responsible for supporting accurate financial reporting, compliance and controlling activities for multiple Swedish entities. You will work closely with the Global Finance team and local stakeholders, with English as the company language.

Your responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for Swedish entities
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Handle reconciliations, accruals and financial controls
• Manage VAT, tax reporting and other local compliance activities
• Coordinate payroll processes together with HR and external payroll provider
• Support intercompany reconciliations and transactions
• Work with cash flow forecasting and liquidity follow-up
• Monitor bank balances, currencies and payments
• Support IFRS-related reporting and accounting entries
• Assist with audits and statutory reporting
• Improve and document accounting processes and internal controls 

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
• 3–5 years of experience within accounting and finance
• Experience with qualified accounting and month-end closing
• Good knowledge of Swedish accounting principles
• Experience with VAT and tax-related work
• Experience from an international company is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
